That’s right, this humble board fighter is getting its own companion album: “FIST WORLD VOLGA: THE BATTLE ANTHEMS”, coming out on June 17th on our brand new bandcamp page!

It’s a 12-track album featuring 11 licensed tracks from experimental techno acts such as Mukqs, Helena Celle, Mothership Loudspeakerz, Bytemapper and Silicon Empire, who’s also providing an original piece: the album header, “Simulacra”.

But why did we do this?

Well, the main reason is that we find companion albums for games cool, and we have enough musician friends willing to humor us to put one (or more…) together. The secondary reason is that, in the past couple of years, we found a lot of people who didn’t use Spotify, and thus couldn’t listen to the curated playlist you can see on the game’s main page.

While we’re aware that’s not too big of a deal, we do find music and vibe to be a pretty important part of our endeavors - so we figured we could get two birds with one stone: put out a companion album people could actually own and support the musical efforts of our friends in the process.
